Karina Charles

Karina joined South City in August 2025 as the clinics Care Coordinator Manager (CCM) and brings a strong background in administration, customer service, and people-focused support. She recently graduated with an Advanced Diploma in Business Administration, majoring in Human Resources, and has developed a solid foundation in communication, organization, and client care.

Over the past several years, Karina has gained extensive experience in customer service roles and spent the last two years working for a Member of Parliament in the House of Commons, where she further strengthened her professionalism and attention to detail. Known for her positive attitude and attentive approach, she is passionate about helping others and genuinely cares about the people she supports. Karina is excited to be part of the Lifemark South City team and looks forward to contributing her skills, enthusiasm, and commitment to providing exceptional service.
