WHAT COMES NEXT?

After you’ve had an initial “Tele-Rehab” consultation, you and your physiotherapist can decide if more sessions would be beneficial.

This includes, but is not limited to: your diagnosis, how long you’ve been experiencing symptoms, your goals, your coverage, and your availability.

FURTHER SESSIONS OR TREATMENT?

At South City, our treatment success rate is very high, but there is always the possibility that some conditions cannot be resolved with “Tele-Rehab”.   In such cases, we can treat your situation as requiring “emergency” care – which gives us the option to see you in the clinic for hands-on treatment. Failing that we can always defer treatment until South City resumes normal clinical operations.

DOES THIS APPLY TO YOU?

You can contact us through our website at www.southcityphysio.com , email us at info@southcityphysio.com or call our reception staff at 519-763-2885. Our phone lines are not fully staffed while we are in restricted operations mode, so if your call is not answered, please leave a detailed message, and we will get back to you as quickly as possible.  When you connect with us, please specify your condition, and that you are interested in “Tele-Rehab” services, so we can connect you with the physiotherapist best suited to your needs.

WE’RE HERE FOR YOU.

Having served the Guelph community for 30 years, South City Physiotherapy regrets the need to offer such a restricted range of services at this time.  Rest assured we are still here to support you, but are doing so in a socially responsible manner.

Yours in health
