Sophie graduated in 2023 with a Master of Science in Physiotherapy with Distinction from Glasgow Caledonian University in Scotland. She also holds a Bachelor of Health Sciences from Wilfrid Laurier University in which she graduated in 2019.
She incorporates a range of Physiotherapy techniques, both rooted in Scottish and Canadian training. Sophie is committed to providing a holistic, patient-centered, and evidence-based approach to care.
After a thorough and systematic assessment, Sophie believes in empowering individuals through providing education and a personalized home exercise program. Her therapeutic approach will also include hands-on therapy to assist the achievement of individual goals, whatever they might be. Sophie is currently the Education Coordinator for Entry Level Studies through the International Physical Therapists for HIV/AIDs, Oncology and Hospice/Palliative care. In her spare time, she enjoys travelling, being active – especially hiking and hockey, as well as spending time with family and friends.
