Karen completed her Bachelor of Health Science in Physiotherapy through the Mohawk-McMaster program in 1988.   She is certified through the Acupuncture Foundation of Canada Institute, and is an Assistive Devices Program authorizer for walkers. Karen is also certified in treating Lymphedema with Manual Lymph Drainage and Compression through IWLTI.

Karen has worked in the hospital setting, Home Care, and private practice treating a wide variety of conditions.  She has an interest treating the older client population with the many challenges they encounter.

Karen believes in patient centered care and goal setting, and believes clients need to take an active approach in their own care.
