Catherine graduated from McMaster University in 1996 with a degree in Physiotherapy and also has a Kinesiology degree from the University of Waterloo in 1991. She originally worked at South City Physiotherapy in 1997-2009 and has returned after living in the US for several years.

Catherine has worked in private practice, home care, hospital and school settings. She has completed several post graduate courses in orthopaedics, pelvic floor rehabilitation, sensory processing disorders and ROCK taping. She has worked with a wide range of clients but has a clinical interest in the pediatric and the aging population.

Catherine was a varsity athlete and now coaches rep basketball in Oakville. She’s is a lifelong avid runner, who believes movement and working towards goals matter – both for general health and pain management.
