As part of the new Ontario Ministry of health and Long Term Care’s “Community Physiotherapy Program”, South City Physiotherapy now offers OHIP funded physiotherapy treatment to “qualified” patients.

To qualify for coverage, patients must have a written referral from a physician or nurse practitioner, and must meet at least one of the following criteria;

♦   Be aged 65 or over

♦   Be aged 19 or under

♦   Be a recently discharged hospital inpatient
