These workouts are designed to improve your core strength, stability, muscle tone and endurence. If you’ve recovered from a low back injury, are looking to improve your core power, or want to enhance your workout regime, these classes are for you!
Our small class sizes allow for optimal individual focus and guidance from an experienced Certified Personal Trainier and Physiotherapy Assistant.
