As a healing and movement guide, she leads from a place of compassion to offer you a playful, intuitive and strength-filled movement experience.  She sees movement as an every day gift that promotes better posture, strength, self-inquiry and develops a clear mind, body and spirit.

Clare is a certified 200-RYT with Karma Teachers Toronto, a training in movement and selfless service. Her continuing education has included training from a variety of gifted teachers who have helped her to offer mindful movement classes that are refreshing, exploratory and practical. Clare’s classes integrate a variety of modalities that support you to function and move better in your every-day life. Her Hatha and Vinyasa yoga training support a mindful lifestyle and the Qi Gong she offers gives you the opportunity to manage your stress and pain with simple tools that can be used at any time of the day.

Clare’s 6-week mindful movement and yoga sessions at South City Physiotherapy are a refreshing practice that will focus on fun and exploratory movement including joint mobility, stress release, strength and mindful breath work.
