Laura recently returned to Canada after living in NYC for the last eleven years. She earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Columbia University. Laura completed her undergraduate degree at Fordham University, where she was a soccer scholarship recipient and team captain. Before heading to the US, Laura trained with Canada Soccer’s National Training Centre of Ontario with current women’s national team members.

Laura has taken post-graduate coursework with the North American Institute of Orthopaedic Manual Therapy (NAIOMT), the Mulligan concept, Selective Functional Movement Assessment (SFMA), and the McKenzie technique. She believes that learning is life-long, and is always looking to learn from those around her. Laura employs a combination of movement analysis, functional exercise, and manual therapy to not only heal injuries, but to set patients up for future success. She has a special interest in ACL injuries in youth athletes and running related injuries.
