Judy Hettinga – Registered Physiotherapist
After graduating from the University of Western Ontario in 2006 with an Honours degree in Health Sciences, Judy went on to complete her Master’s of Science in Physical Therapy at Queen’s University in 2008.
Judy has taken numerous post-graduate courses including those focusing on the shoulder, low back, the hip and neck. She has also pursued courses in manual therapy and more recently vestibular rehabilitation. Judy has also successfully obtained her certificate of anatomical acupuncture through the Acupuncture Foundation of Canada Institute.
Judy enjoys treating a wide variety of orthopaedic injuries with individuals of all ages but she has a particular interest in those presenting with vestibular dysfunction. Judy believes that empowering people to take control of their own treatment through exercise and education is the key to successful rehabilitation.
