South City Physiotherapy offers 8 week extensive exercise programs – specifically designed to improve bone density and reduce the risk of injury caused by osteoporosis.
Our osteoporosis classes follow the MelioGuide Exercise for Better Bones Program – an exercise program specifically designed for people with osteoporosis. This program provides a safe and effective means to strengthen bone, reduce fracture risk and build confidence.
The MelioGuide Exercise for Better Bones Program is based on the latest research on the effects of exercise and bone health, and incorporates all of the major areas important to building stronger bones and reducing fracture risk.
Evening Classes: Tuesdays 6:00— 7:00 p.m.
Next Evening classes start January 14, 2014
Morning Classes: Wednesdays 9:30— 10:30 a.m.
Next Morning classes start January 15, 2014
Afternoon Classes: Fridays 1:00— 2:00 p.m.
Next Afternoon classes start January 17, 2014
