As part of the new Ontario Ministry of health and Long Term Care’s “Community Physiotherapy Program”, South City Physiotherapy now offers OHIP funded physiotherapy treatment to “qualified” patients.
These workouts are designed to improve your core strength, stability, muscle tone and endurence. If you’ve recovered from a low back injury, are looking to improve your core power, or want to enhance your workout regime, these classes are for you!
Our small class sizes allow for optimal individual focus and guidance from an experienced Certified Personal Trainier and Physiotherapy Assistant.

South City is pleased to announce that it has launched a new custom brace fitting service.
South City physiotherapists have been specially trained to custom fit braces from DonJoy, Breg, and Ossur. The most popular braces will be kept in stock to provide patients with the fastest possible service, but all products from DonJoy, Breg, and Ossur will be available through South City by special order – which will only take a few days.
South City is in the process of constructing a “Custom Brace Fitting” page, that will be added to it’s website shortly.

Compassion fatigue is flourishing today, due in part to the demands of managed care. Health care providers see more patients, do more paperwork, negotiate more contracts and have less autonomy than ever before. Add to that self-imposed pressure to live up to their own high standards, and it’s no wonder many health care professionals feel the stresses of work. This workshop will help you :
How your current lifestyle choices and work are impacting your overall wellness.
Your stress and factors that contribute to your compassion fatigue.
